    Closed meetings are for A.A. members only, or for those who have a drinking problem and “have a desire to stop drinking.”

    The tapes we will listen to are recordings of a Big Book Conference put on by Joe and Charlie, two recovering Alcoholics. Joe and Charlie do not claim to be Big Book experts. Nor do they claim to speak for A.A. as a whole. Their opinions are not necessarily that of A.A. Joe and Charlie simply share their experience, strength and hope gained through studying the Big Book and working the Steps described therein. The money used to purchase these tapes was contributed by individual members of the South Side group for that purpose.
    Each tape has a different topic and discussion through their own experience.
